Frank Tolve (co-founder)
Frank has thirty-five years of sales, sales management, and executive management experience in information technology, networking, telecommunications, and web services at Unisys, Digital Equipment, SynOptics Communications, Bay Networks, Rhythms NetConnections, and Jamcracker. During his career, Frank has continually sought ways of employing information technology to improve customer satisfaction and increase productivity. Being intimately familiar with interviewing and recruiting both domestically and internationally, he is well aware of the many frustrations associated with finding the right individual for the job. He brings this zeal of employing information technology to tackle challenging problems in streamlining and improving the sourcing, recruiting, and hiring process - a perfect match for InqHire's mission. Frank holds a degree in business from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Greg Henson (co-founder)
Greg brings a wealth of experience in the design and implementation of reliable, enterprise-wide business solutions that employ the latest standards-based technologies. Prior to co-founding InqHire, Greg was Director of Engineering Programs and Operations for Jamcracker, a web services solutions provider. Earlier in his career, Greg established InterActive Business Solutions, a successful consulting company that specialized in the design and development of enterprise business systems. During his many years of experience, Greg has held numerous management, consulting, and technical positions at companies such as ViewStar Corporation (now part of Lucent Technologies), a leader in enterprise-workflow and call-center processing. Greg holds an engineering degree from the University of California, Davis; an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley; and numerous technical certifications from Sun, Oracle, IBM, and Microsoft.
