How do you go about building unique questionnaires for your clients?

Questionnaires are built by experienced executives who have spent years managing in the primary functions: Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, Professional Services, Finance, and Customer Support. These executives are able to accurately translate job requirements into sets of questions that probe applicants in ways that yield important gradations between individuals. Once questionnaires are constructed, they are reviewed with hiring managers to ensure validity and accuracy. The entire process is usually accomplished in a few days.

Isn't this a time consuming process?

There are three reasons why the process of building questionnaires is so brief. First, the individuals constructing them are highly experienced, so they know the questions to ask. Second, with the wealth of questions already contained in the InqHire library, it is highly likely that questions built for other, similar positions may be used, either as is, or with some modification. Finally, in many cases questionnaires may be taken as is from the position library and modified as needed to produce the desired result.

Must we rely on InqHire to do all the work for us?

No. Clients may do things on their own; in fact we encourage that. When provisioned for the service, clients may optionally request activation of the question and position building functions. Along with the library of positions and questions, this is all that is needed for a client to create positions on their own.

Is there a charge for building questionnaires?

Yes, there is a nominal flat fee for creating questionnaires for clients. However, given the size of the position and question library, it is very likely that the client can find what they need and then modify positions accordingly to accomplish their objectives.

How do you charge for your services?

Clients pay a monthly subscription fee for the basic service that varies by the size of the employee population served. These fees have been intentionally set low to make financial justification of the service a formality. Please contact us for specifics.

What is involved in service activation?

Service activation involves several activities. Basic activation can be accomplished in a matter of a few hours and involves the creation of a branded workspace that has the look and feel of the client's website. Included in this is access to all position and question libraries. The more advanced aspects of activation address bulk loading of hiring managers and recruiters, establishment of policies regarding privacy of data, viewing rights, etc., and integration requirements.
