When you qualify and a job also meets your personal preferences, you are immediately notified of the opportunity.

Creating Your Dossier

The process of creating a dossier is simple and easy. You are first presented with a questionnaire that enables you to describe your general background as well as your employment preferences. Then you will be asked to take one of a number of surveys designed to capture detailed information about your functional experience. Together, these will take you about fifteen minutes to complete.

Of course, there is much more to be known about you, so The Exchange gives you the option of describing yourself in much greater detail. For that reason you will find over 150 surveys that delve more deeply into your background at both an industry and functional level. When complete, a prospective employer will have virtually everything they would want to know about you without your having to do anything to provide them with it.

Keeping Your Dossier Confidential

InqHire is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your dossier. To that end, no information about you is ever released without your express permission. Moreover, the information maintained in The Exchange is for the exclusive use of member employers and provided to them as a companion service to CASE. Even then, only the relevant portions of your background are released to them; everything else remains off limits.
